We bought a hot tub from here about five years ago and the customer service that we received at the time was spot on. We recently had to have the pump replaced and they went out of their way to install it for me in time for a family garden party the following week-end. Highly recommended and very helpful.
I am one of those people that like to have a good look round when purchasing a high value item, not just because of the cost but also the service that you will get afterwards. After going to about 5 different hot tub centres I chose to purchase my hot tub from Fenland hot tubs. Both Denise and Steve where excellent in terms of their knowledge of the products and the hot tub I chose had everything i needed at a great price.The price included full installation of the product and they even filled it up (which took a couple of hours) and then showed us how to use it and explained how to care for the hot tub, it could not have been simpler than the way Steve explained it.I would highly recommend this local company if you are looking to purchase a hot tub, they are knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for them.Paul
Showroom is a bit sparce, but staff are friendly and helpful. Good range of accessories for your hot tub.Would have given 5 stars if there was a bigger range of tubs on display.
Appalling. Had a 9-9.30am appointment with this company. I phoned them at 10am to ask where they were. Was told by the owner that they weren't going to come as another job they had in my area wasn't going ahead and so it wasn't worthwhile for them (only a half hour drive). Completely oblivious to how bad their customer service is. No regard for their customer's time or contacting them. Only a very defensive apology, and when confronted about this, threatened not to attend at all and then hung up. Only interested in making money, not clients.
